Vertex Painting (Unity/Unreal4)

Prototype on vertex painting and how it works in unity and unreal 4 and the differences between them. This is not a game project just a technical test on how vertex painting works between these engines and how to even use it.

Found out that Unity doesn't have vertex painting inbuilt and you have to get a addon polybrush that can convert plans into something like the terrain builder and also paint on the verts. Unreal 4 vertex painting is pretty straight forward besides creating a material shader for the game objects.
